Senior Advisory role As Senior Advisor performing various executive tasks, that fall outside the normal scope, competence and capacity of the excutive team.

Negotiation Negotiation of 1B$+ deal, around electronic distribution, in a very complex environment

Post-failure assessment of project A very large project has failed. We are engaged to analyse the reasons for the failure, not only the direct cause, but the underlying reasons, and to provide management with the necessary short-term and long-term recommendations to avoid simlair failures in the future.

System selection A large decentralised cooperation needs to select a common system for their shopfloor activities. We were engaged to make the assessment and also clarify for the stakeholders the advantages for a common, joint system.

Evaluate & negotiate A company wants to merge their holdings in a venture capital portfolio with another portfolio. We were engaged to evaluate, create arguments and finally negotiate the terms and conditions for the portfolio merge.

Mentoring Mentoring key managment individual. Includes classic mentoring, but also training in large cooporation politics.

Business development A medium sized consultancy company wants to expand their business. We are engaged to analyse the possibilities and evalute the various ways this expansion could be implemented. The pros and cons (incluing the companies' actual competence) was presented.

System introduction The company is introducing a new core business system. The system introduction had overall impact on all the activities in the company. We assisted the company both in the selection process, but also during the introduction by providing experience from similair activities.

Redesign system develipment A company has difficulties in time-to-market in their system development. We are engaged to analyze and propose redesign in the way the process works from the idea to actual implementation, and recommend necessary changes both in actual system setup but also in the process around the development

Clean up A young marketing company has great difficulties with the Board, the role of the management and several internal processes. On recommendation from the auditors, we take the role as advisor to the Board and redesign the procedures in such a way that the Board can take its responsibilities.
